Dutch suspension manufacturer Cobra has launched a range of uprated lowering spring kits for BMW’s classic 3-Series models; the E21 and the E30.

Springs cater for all variants, including all diesel, cabriolet and Touring versions. In all, Cobra has created some twelve different windings to account for the differing weights and characteristics of the entire range. Also, varying degrees of lowering are available, ranging from 40mm/40mm front/rear springs to a more aggressive 70mm/60mm set-up for certain models.

In each case, the springs have been fully TUV approved and are said to have been optimized to work perfectly with OEM dampers.
